Currently, all of my sessions are done virtually at this time.
My practice operates on a private-pay basis. I do not accept or bill insurance directly. Upon request, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
The private pay rate for a standard 55-minute session is $150.
If you're using insurance, your session fee will depend on your specific coverage and benefits.
Fees for additional services such as letters, records requests, or court appearances can be discussed as needed.
Cash, credit cards, Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards are all acceptable forms of payment.
As I am licensed by the state of Texas, I am only able to see clients who have a physical address in Texas. So as long as you are in Texas I can see you!
Starting counseling can feel uncertain, especially if it’s your first time. In our first session, we’ll simply talk about what’s bringing you in, begin building a sense of trust, and explore the goals you’d like to work toward. If that feels overwhelming, you’re not alone. I’ll be there to guide you every step of the way. You don’t have to figure it all out before you begin, we’ll take it one step at a time, together.
