II am currently contracted with the following insurance panels: Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, and MultiPlan. For clients with other insurance plans, I can provide Super Bills upon request. These Super Bills allow you to seek potential reimbursement from your insurance provider for the services received. Additionally, some insurance plans may apply the cost of counseling sessions towards your deductible. However, coverage details vary between plans, so I advise contacting your insurance provider directly to understand what services are covered under your policy.
The private pay rate for a standard 55-minute session is $150.
If you're using insurance, your session fee will depend on your specific coverage and benefits.
Fees for additional services such as letters, records requests, or court appearances can be discussed as needed.
Cash, credit cards, Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards are all acceptable forms of payment.
As I am licensed by the state of Texas, I am only able to see clients who have a physical address in Texas. So as long as you are in Texas I can see you!
Starting counseling can feel uncertain—especially if it’s your first time. In our first session, we’ll simply talk about what’s bringing you in, begin building a sense of trust, and explore the goals you’d like to work toward. If that feels overwhelming, you’re not alone.
